DANPALON is a 'Unique Glazing System' offering many advantages over alternative glazing materials.

Danpalon features a standing seam connection method that is 100% leak proof and offers flexibility of use that translates into unequaled design freedom.

The system provides outstanding performance an flexibility by using unique snap on connectors and concealed fasteners.

Unaffected by the harsh Australian climate offering more than 99.9% UVB protection.  A UV protection process by Co-Extrusion eliminating any chance of delamination. A concealed fixing system that eliminates the need for any penetrations through the sheet.

Danpalon is the only compliant system that does not require screw fixings throught the sheet.

INSTALLATION: 

CUTTING:

Sheets can be cut using a fine tooth handsaw, circular saw with a fine tooth metal blade at low speeds or an abrasive wheel.  Cutting produces dust, which should be removed either by a vacuum cleaner or an air gun.

FASTENING:

Position knee fasterners on the side of the sheet ready to receive the next.  Knee fasteners are suitable for fitting to both purlins and rafters.  If fitting to metal framework use rivers or 35mm wafer head screws for timber framework.

ROOF FALL:

A minimum pitch of 5 degrees is recommended (87mm/1000mm).
